Delivering bespoke programmes, sessions and 1‐2‐1 interventions which are aimed at enabling individuals to firstly gain an insight into where they are, issues that need to be addressed and desire to change and improve. Through tailored sessions with challenge, critique and support, measureable outcomes are not only agreed, but action plans with specific and timely steps agreed. Detailed performance measures are developed, either as an evolution of current tools or to compliment them and serve as support through simplicity in cause‐and‐effect linkage. Interactions will ensure there is a clear 'line of sight' for each person showing how their efforts and actions deliver enhanced performance.
The need must first be understood, not just by the client, but the whole team. Once the basic need for improvement in team working is agreed, clear challenges and tasks are set which draw out not just learning, but also a clarity of both understanding and appreciation of actions each person can and will take to improve the team cohesion and functioning. While there is always the serious side to team building, enjoyment and fun perform a critical role in enabling change and enhanced team cohesion.
