1. What is TPQ?

For organisations to be successful, its members/teams need to cooperate and work well together to deliver the services and products they provide. It is only when individuals, colleagues and teams genuinely feel and act upon trust that real success and enjoyment in a job well done is felt. Backed by decades of research in the workplace, the TPQ (Trust Performance Quotient) assessment benchmarks an organisation and diagnoses where issues are that need to be addressed.

 

2. Why have I been asked to provide feedback?

Your organisation has decided to measure trust within, using the TPQ (Trust Performance Quotient).  They clearly care about you and what affects your work. This tool offers you the opportunity to provide strictly confidential insights.  By taking the time to carefully answer all the questions, you are helping to build a clearer picture of trust within and between colleagues, and how this can be improved for the good of everyone.

 

3. How Confidential are my Responses?

Your identity and any responses you provide WILL NOT be revealed.  Your organisation has provided us (Entrusted Consulting Ltd) with your contact details which will only be used to allow us to send you email invitations and gather responses from each individual that participates.  We will not disclose your identity to the organisation, other than to confirm who has completed or not completed their input.  All inputs are used to produce statistics that cannot be traced back to any individual.  When you provide examples and comments, if you wish to remain anonymous, try to ensure you do not use examples that would identify you easily.

 

4. How long will the questions take?

The whole questionnaire from start to finish will take about 10-20 minutes depending on how much you wish to write in the comments section.

 

5. How to complete Section 1 (Entering Values)

Think about 10 of your immediate colleagues, please include members of your team, your supervisor, managers or any members of other departments you liaise with.  It might assist you to write their names on a piece of paper thus visualising them while you answer each question.

Use the slider to indicate the number of colleagues you feel fit each description. Either use your mouse (desktop) or finger (mobile) to place the indicator at the desired answer.

Example: Thinking about my 10 colleagues and the first question of 1.1 "..who perform their job well and with relative ease"  If I feel 8 out of 10 perform their job well and easily, I move the indicator to the position for number 8 as shown below.

Errors: If you do not move the slider this will give an error and the page will ask you yo go back and give your answer.

When you have moved the sliders for each question, continue to the next page.

 

6. How to complete Section 2 (Your Insight and Opinions)

This is an opportunity for you to be specific about what is working well with your colleagues and where cooperation and trust can be improved. Leaders in your organisation genuinely want to know and understand where they can help improve trust throughout, and your responses will assist plans and actions for improvement..  A small paragraph or sentence will do and there is space for longer responses if needed.

 

7. How can I complete the questions on another device?

The TPQ questions can be done on any device that has an internet browser and access to the internet - mobile phone, tablet, laptop.  Open the link in the invitation email on that device and you should be forwarded to the TPQ pages in your web browser.  You must use the link in your email as this is a personal link for you alone.  For ease, you could forward the email to the email address you use on that device and try opening it from there.

 

8. Can I save it and come back later?

The TPQ assessment questions will need to be completed in one sitting.  If you have any problems and need to restart, there is a link at the top right 'Exit and clear survey' which will clear your answers and take you to a new window where you can select 'restart the Survey'.

 

9. Who do I contact for assistance?

For IT problems such as browser or email issues, contact your organisation's IT support.  If you need help with completing the tool or have other questions, we are easily contacted on support email and we will do our best to provide you with assistance.
